Welcome to 888 Studio. By accessing or using this website (triple8.studio), booking a call, or engaging in any services offered by Fernand Petit (doing business as 888 Studio), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or hire our services.
1. Services Provided
888 Studio offers web design and Webflow development services, including but not limited to:
- UI/UX design in Figma
- Webflow development and CMS setup
- Custom integrations (e.g., Memberstack, Make, Stripe...)
- Basic SEO and performance optimization
- Website launch support
All services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed.
2. Booking and Communication
You may book an intro call directly through this website. Intro calls are free, non-binding, and intended to determine if we’re a good fit for your project.
Communication will take place via email, video calls, or other agreed-upon channels. Response time is typically within 1–2 business days.
3. Proposals and Pricing
All pricing is based on project scope and will be detailed in a written proposal or quote.
Prices listed on the website (e.g., “Starting at $1500”) are base estimates and may vary depending on complexity.
No work will begin without mutual agreement on deliverables, timeline, and payment terms.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated:
- Projects require a 50% deposit to begin.
- The remaining 50% is due before project delivery or website launch.
- For larger projects, payment may be split into milestones.
Payments are accepted via bank transfer, Stripe, or Wise. Late payments may result in delayed delivery.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing:
- Content (text, images, logos, etc.) unless otherwise agreed
- Timely feedback during the project
- Access to platforms or accounts as needed (e.g., Webflow, domain registrar)
Delays in providing content or feedback may impact timelines and delivery.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (typically 1–2 per phase).
Additional revisions or scope changes will be quoted separately.
7. Delivery & Ownership
Upon full payment:
- You own the final website and design files
- You are responsible for ongoing maintenance unless you purchase a support plan
Source files (Figma/Webflow) are provided upon request.
We reserve the right to showcase your project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Refund Policy
Because services are custom and time-based, refunds are not offered after work has begun.
If a project is canceled mid-way, you may be billed for completed work based on hourly or milestone progress.
9. Use of This Website
You may not use this website for illegal purposes, to solicit spam, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or backend services.
10. Limitation of Liability
888 Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or services.
While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings or sales performance.
11. Privacy
Any personal data shared during the inquiry, project, or billing process is kept private and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
